Bad Moon Rising was a flag on the Cobalt Ocean that was founded in the year 2006 on May 24. It was founded to honor a flag by the same name. It was never able to reach the old flags level of fame, and was disbanded after several failed attempts to succesfully expand the flag. To this date, there has been no new bad moon rising flag... maybe thats for the best.
