By January of 2009 the crew could be seen sailing under the flag of Sink or Surrender.

April Fools was founded by Jezzeka who was joined by a strong core of members who have been in the crew since the beginning... Thank Ye: Exteria, Gambitsedge, Jesska and Panthergirl!
Crew Articles
- Always listen to your Officers and Captain.
- Never take someone else's ship out if you don't have their permission.
- Never use off color language at or spam other crew members.
- When joining, do not ask how many ships we have. This just annoys us.
Promotion Requirements
- Cabin Person: Ask to join the crew.
- Pirate: You have to be subscribed. (Y!PP rules)
- Officer: Broad in Bilging, Sailing, Carpentry and Gunning.
- Fleet Officer: Broad in Sword Fighting, Navigation and Battle Navigation, Bilging, Sailing, Carpentry and Gunning.
- Senior Officer: Solid in all Piracy skills except Treasure Haul. Must also have at least one Weighty experience in one of them. Must also own a ship. One Ultimate in a Piracy Skill besides Treasure Haul will also suffice.
Only the Captain may promote people to a rank that they do not meet the requirements of, any officer caught doing so will be dealt with.
