Cabin Person - Punishment.

Pirate - You join as this.

Officer - 3 broads in piracy. (Ex. Bilge, Carp, Sails) PASS OFFICER TRAINING. (If you own a ship, you will be ranked as "Midshipman" meaning you must have an FO or SO with you while you pilly. This also goes for those people undergoing Officer Training.

Fleet Officer - 2 solids and distinguished Bnav. (Own a ship)

Senior Officer - Completely based on trust.
