Crew Articles
- Ask permission to board (ptb) before hopping on a ship. It is a courtesy.
- Support crew stalls by taking jobs. The stalls are listed. Let Angel know if you open a stall or want to offer discounts to crew and she will list it.
- Angel will give a 10% rebate for any orders of crew that has active labor hours in any of her stalls. Let her know when you place an order as sometimes she doesn't see them.
- To be an officer that is going to pilly you must use your own ship. Sloops are not expensive. Along with owning a ship you must go through Angel's training.
- It is important for officers to have another officer on board in a pilly. Real life happens, you get disconnected, etc. Second pair of hands is always nice. This is not a requirement, but a suggestion.
- Officers that start a pilly, must be able to finish it, or find an officer to take over. Do not leave a ship abandoned with no officer on board. It looks bad for the crew. This is not tolerated and demotions will take place.
- ANY CREWMATE CAUGHT STEALING ANYTHING WITHIN THE CREW WILL BE EXPELLED FROM CREW NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
Promotion Requirements
Crew promotions will be based on attitude and interaction with the other crew mates. If you are a subscriber you automatically be promoted to pirate. To be an officer you need to be BROAD in all areas including duty navigation. You will have to go through Angels training if you plan on taking a ship out on the high seas and you must have your own ship. Exceptions might be made if you are an alt.
