Puzzle Pirates Adventures are part of a long awaited extension to Yohoho! Puzzle Pirates. They combine the piratical and puzzle elements of the game with more adventure based gameplay. A test version of Adventures was released on June 12, 2008, following an announcement from Captain Cleaver [1]. The beta version was released for access by production ocean accounts in release 2008-06-18. It can currently run from within most web browsers without the need to install the full game client, and it will download additional artwork as required.

Details
The Adventures client allows a player to use their pirates from the main game as their adventure character. Players can be invited by other players to join their adventure. Each adventure will require the use of one or more puzzles in order to complete various objectives and pass obstacles and enemies. Current rewards for completing an adventure include Pieces of Eight, trophies and portraits.

- The Jailbreak
- The Pirate Hideout
- Greyghost's Treasure

Historical Notes
Artist Nemo has long been famous for fueling speculation over the implementation of adventures and adventure islands. This developed into a forum fad. The idea has existed since the early beginnings of the game (see The List), and Cleaver himself had hinted that they had something planned for future development [2].
