United Pirate Federation is a flag on the Cobalt Ocean.
The UPF was founded on 19th April 2006. It exists to promote ocean exploration and commerce. The UPF hopes to attract independent and fledgling crews for the purpose of working together to foster growth and achieve mutual goals.
The UPF has a policy of non-interference in each crew's affairs as each crew's prosperity or decline should be determined by the captain, members, and policies of member crew.
The UPF encourages individuals to eventually form their own crew to run as they see fit. The UPF, however, will not abide any member crew that follows a path detrimental to the Federation or it's member crews.
A council made of the Captains and Senior Officers of each crew will decide on serious matters that may affect the Flag.
