It is a relatively new crew so it is hiring all kinds of sailors from around the world.
Promotions
- Pirate: 2 Narrows in Piracy with 1 Distinguished
- Pirate Gunner: Master gunning (U get title of gunner if you are Grand-master and above)
- Officer: Be in the crew at least 1 week 3 Broads with 2 Masters Go through Officer Training (Will have Midshipman Title for 1 month)
- Fleet Officer: 4 Solids and 1 Renowned with respected or above B-nav Needs to own a ship Be in the crew for 1 month
- Senior Officer: Be trusted by Capt and can only be promoted if you are very good.
- Captain: pay me 10 million poe and i may consider
All promotions require the badge
Titles:
- Gunner, Blige Rat, Sailmaster, Carpenter, Swordsman, Navigator -- To have Grandmaster(both Ocean AND Arch) in one or above
- Alchemist, Builder and Distiller -- To have Grandmaster (both Ocean AND Arch) in one or above
- Midshipman -- Officers-in-training. You can approach any SO to have this title on you if you meet the requirements.
- Cardsharp -- Be Grandmaster in either Spades, Poker or Hearts.
- Roustabout -- Be Grandmaster in either Drinking or Treasure Drop
- Drunk -- Solid Standing in Drinking
- Lookout -- Color Guard Trophy
