Tokugawa's Town is a townhouse on Jubilee Island on the Viridian Ocean. It is named for Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate, a period in Japanese history when Japan was ruled by the shogun of the Tokugawa clan, which lasted from from 1603 until the Meiji Restoration in 1868. The building was formerly owned by Jimpanzee.
