This event was chosen in 'The PoE is Right: Mini-game Creation Contest' and was created by Fiercepirate.

  • The contestant is shown a game board which lists the three prizes, along with spaces for the digits in their prices.
  • Each digit, 0 to 9, appears exactly once on the board, not including the first digit in the price of the main item, which is revealed for the contestant at the start of the game.
  • The contestant is then asked to call out digits, one at a time, and their positions on the board are revealed.
  • The contestant wins only the first prize whose price they complete.

Brutal Game

  • A prize is presented and a price is displayed.
  • The price displayed is not the actual price, but each number in the displayed price is one digit away from the real number.
  • The contestant must guess the each number in the price by adding or subtracting one from each number in the displayed price.
  • If the contestant correctly guesses each number, they win the prize.

Code Crackers

This event was chosen in 'The PoE is Right: Mini-game Creation Contest' and was created by Charm.

  • The contestant is shown two prizes, both of which are locked inside a giant “safe”.
  • The three-digit price of the smaller item represents the combination of the “safe”.
  • The digits in the price of the smaller prize are shown on each of three dials; each digit appears only once in the price.
  • The contestant must set the dials to the price of the three-digit prize to open the safe and win both prizes.

Golden Route

  • 4 prizes are presented (3-digit, 3-digit, 4-digit, 5-digit.)
  • The prices of each prize are presented, except for one digit in each of the top 3 prizes.
  • The contestant must use a number in the first price to guess the number hidden on the second price.
  • Then, use a number in the 2nd prize to guess the missing number in the 3rd prize
  • Then, use a number in the 3rd prize to guess the missing number in the 4th prize
  • If the contestant guesses wrong at any point, the game is over, and they win all of the prizes that have been guessed correctly.
  • If the contestant guesses correctly on all prizes, then they win all prizes.

Great Game

  • Six mini prizes are announced and a “target price” is announced as well.
  • One at a time, the contestant guesses prizes that are under the target price.
  • After each correct guess, the prize value goes up, but if they contestant makes an incorrect guess, they walk away with nothing.
  • The contestant may leave after a correct guess and take the prize they are at.
  • The prize board is:
    • 0 correct guesses = 10 poe
    • 1 correct guess = 100 poe
    • 2 correct guesses = 1000 poe
    • 3 correct guesses = 10000 poe
    • 4 correct guesses = previously announced prize

Half Off

  • 16 boxes are placed on the floor, each having a number ranging from 1 to 16 on it.
  • Inside one of the boxes is the prize that the contestant wants to win.
  • The contestant can eliminate boxes that don’t contain the prize by correctly guessing the values of 3 mini-prizes (these mini-prizes are not given to the contestant.)
  • For each mini-prize, a price will be listed. The contestant must guess whether the price of the item higher or lower than the displayed price.
  • Every correct mini-prize guess will take away half of the non-prize-containing boxes.

Line it Up

  • The contestant is presented with 6 items and must order them from lowest value to highest.
  • Once the contestant has chosen their order, the prices are revealed one at a time.
  • If the second price revealed is higher than the first, the contestant's prize value goes up. The contestant may choose to claim their prize and end the game.
  • If the game continues, the third price is revealed. If it's higher than the second price, the contestant's prize value goes up. Again, the contestant can claim their prize and end the game.
  • This pattern continues for the fourth, fifth and sixth prices.
  • If a revealed price is actually lower than the previous reveal, the contestant goes home with no prize

One Right Price

  • A prize is presented with 2 different prices.
  • The contestant must decide which price is the correct price. If they are correct, they win the prize.

Patched Up

  • Contestant is presented with a board, the bottom numbers on the board being the incorrect price of the prize.
  • Above each digit in the wrong price, are numbers.
  • The contestant must pick one of the numbers above the wrong digit, and “patch it up.”
  • If the “Patched up” price is correct, then the contestant wins.
  • If the “Patched up” price is incorrect and the contestant got at least 1 of the digits correct, they may pick a new number to cover one of their incorrectly patched numbers.
  • If after re-picking the number/numbers, if the contestant got a new number correctly patched, they may continue the last previous step until they don’t make a new correct number.

PoE Game

  • A game board will be posted in house news with nine 2-digit numbers and the prize being played for will be announced.
  • One of the 2-digit numbers on the board is the first 2 numbers in the price of the prize and another one of the 2-digit numbers on the board is the last 2 numbers in the price.
  • The middle number of the price will already be posted on the board and it is up to the contestant to guess which numbers belong in the price of the prize.
  • The contestant gets 4 guesses at which numbers belong in the prize. After each guess, it will be said whether or not the number they guessed is in the price.
  • After the first three guesses, the contestant may choose to quit and take 1000 PoE for each guess if they feel their chances of winning aren’t good.
  • If the contestant manages to guess the two missing pairs of numbers in 4 or less tries, they win the prize.

Punchabunch

  • 10 wrapped presents with greeting cards inside are placed.
  • On each greeting card is a number of rogue marks.
  • The constant starts by picking 2 boxes, with a chance to pick up to 3 more
  • To pick more, the contestant must guess correctly the price of 3 miniprizes
  • The first box is opened. The contestant can take that many rogue marks, or open another box. Opening another box makes the previous boxes worth zero rogue marks.
  • The contestant can continue to open the boxes they picked, or stop with the most recent prize.

Route Charters

  • The contestant will be presented with a prize.
  • There will be a 5 by 5 board located in the house news with random numbers on it.
  • The first number in the price of the prize is the number in the middle.
  • The contestant must then pick the next number in the price of the prize, which is either the number directly up, down, left, or right of the starting number.
  • The contestant must do the same process for the 3rd, 4th and 5th numbers.
  • The contestant can afford to make 2 mistakes, but if they make 3, the game is over and they don’t get the prize.

That's Too Much PoE

  • The contestant will be presented with a prize.
  • A price will be shouted by the host, if the contestant thinks that price is higher than the price of the prize, that pirate shouts “That’s too much PoE!”
  • 8 prices will be shouted by the host.
  • Once the contestant shouts “That’s too much PoE!” the game is stopped. If the price the game was stopped on is the closest price to the actual cost of the prize, without being under, then that contestant wins.

The Cut

  • A 6-digit price is put on display.
  • The contestant must pick the one digit that doesn’t belong in the prize.
  • After that digit is removed, the remaining 5-digits will make up the price tag of the item.
  • If this 5-digit price is correct, the contestant wins.

X Marks the Spot

  • A tic-tac-toe board is put up, with the three middle squares as question marks.
  • Behind one of the ?’s is an X.
  • The contestant can place an X on one of the 6 blank spaces.
  • Then, the contestant has the chance to play for 2 more X’s by guessing if the prices of two smaller items is correct.
  • After placing the X’s on the board, the ?’s are removed.
  • If the contestant has a 3 in-a-row through the ?’s they win.
  • As an added bonus, before the ?’s are uncovered, if the contestant can correctly guess which space has the X under it, they win an additional 5,000 PoE.
  • -IMPORTANT- You are not allowed to make a 3-in-a-row without going through the ? spaces.

Yarr! Lucky 8

  • The contestant will be presented with a prize and the first digit of the price, along with 8 pieces of eight.
  • The contestant must then guess the next digit in the price, for each number they are away from the price, they must give back 1 of the 8 pieces of eight that they were given.
  • After all of the digits in the prize have been guessed at (using the same process as the previous step) the contestant must have 1 piece of eight left, if they do, they give that to Poeroddy and walk away with the prize.
