RESTOCK ALL SHIPS. I don't care if you ran out of PoE, you shouldn't have hosted a pillage then, if you were broke.
NO flotillas or sea monster hunts USING TRAINER SHIPS. Permission from me is unlikely. You MAY use your own ships.
