Ahoy matey and welcome to “The Flemish Armada”.

We hope you will have fun in our crew and GO SAIL THE SEAS.

Don’t leave a ship at sea, when there is nobody (officer or above) that will bring it back to port for you.
RESTOCK THE VESSELS AFTER PILLY
Only leave vessels at Pukru,Chachapoya and Quetzal island
Always follow orders from a HIGHER RANKED person
Only officers or above can B-nav and nav, SO NO JOBBERS/CABIN PERSONS/PIRATES !!!!
ALWAYS READ THE OFFICER BULLETIN BOARD BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND FILL IN YOUR NAME AND WHEN YOU TOOK THE UNLOCKED (!!!) VESSEL OUT .
The rest of the restocking money is for the officer that had to restock the ship

Non-compliance to these rules can/will mean demoting or banning from the crew

Cabin Person: Just ask :)
Pirate: Sailing,bilging,carpentry => BROAD + the badge
Officer: Sailing,bilging,carpentry,gunning,navigating => BROAD + trust of one of our FO's or above, B-Nav => Narrow or above, Gunnery standing: Master or above + the badge
- HOW TO TRAIN YOUR NAV: You have to be ranked a pirate + have the badge, then you will have a mission with the navy " Go navigating with the navy". Train your Nav using this mission
- HOW TO TRAIN YOUR B-NAV: When your have Narrow Nav exp. (see above) you will have a mission "Go defeating the brigands". TRAIN YOUR B-NAV using this mission
Fleet Officer: All officer stats + your own vessel (any vessel !! ),Trust of two of our SO's or above, Good Bnav (to be decided by Barcalas or Vipersf), badge
Senior Officer: All piracy skills (exept SF and rumble) => SOLID , LOADS OF TRUST !!! + been FO for a long time + badge
Captain: Let me put it this way: NO WAY, DON’T EVEN ASK !!!
