Quicksilver

I'm not sure the latest edit is correct. My experience has been that you get two quicksilver bulbs only if you have a Q piece with two different pipes in it (so they don't mix), and then you route colors through each of those two pipes. Can someone verify? --Barrister 11:20, 16 May 2006 (PDT)

Just had to booch my alchemistry rating on Hunter to confirm this, but yes, routing a secondary or tertiary color through a quicksilver bonus will result in two bulbs of quicksilver. Routing two seperate colors through a quicksilver bonus will also result in two bulbs of quicksilver.--Fiddler 11:48, 16 May 2006 (PDT)

Um, do we mention bumps here. ;) Anywho. Is there a reason that each puzzle section doesn't include the day(s) that it's free to play or even a link to that page? i am a nonsub so i do alchemistry every wednesday and now am solid/master, which i think is pretty hefty. here's what usually happens to me. this may not be the same for you, however!

IN TERMS OF FILLS: i always aim for more colors, its in a bigger font so obviously more important. Toil & Troubles= Excellent Fire Burns +, one or two Toil & Troubles, and Bonuses= inc

IN TERMS OF GLEAMS: whatever u call them

2-3 = Inc. 2s and 1s= Excellent. a couple of nones are ok but u have to do good on the colors anyway. 1s and nones= Good. Though i dont get Goods so i forget.

IN TERMS OF NUMBERS: don't aim for these, but good idea to just get the bottom colors of the bottles filled and with quicksilver, get as many as you can to fill in the order. voodoo! search it on youtube.

IN TERMS OF MOVES: you're silly, moves and timing doesnt count. dont be greedy, breaking bottles is a bummer. but you can still manage an excellent! dont give up.

Time as a factor in scoring

Are there any links that state explicitly time isn't a factor in scoring? This seems to be common knowledge, and I've added a line to clarify this under the scoring heading, but it would be nice to find solid proof to link to. --Therobotdude 06:22, 14 August 2013 (PDT)
