Biography

Spacehog started playing on the Sage Ocean in September of 2005 after being introduced to the game by his real life wife Jezzibel. After beginning his career as a total greenie he finally found the crew The Lost Lot, that were, at the time, a member of The Light Brigade. Working hard and trying to not be noticed too much (and succeeding very well!) he was made a pirate by Avera. He finally began to get to know the crew better and began to become more vocal and involved in crew politics and so was finally promoted to officer (possibly to only shut him up), he then began the slow process of learning the finer points of Battle Navigation and eventually took the the crew's fleet officer test when he was tricked by Ara, and finally was accepted to the ranks of fleet officer.

He is also heavily involved in organising crew events, the most recent being the first TLL Sailing Bake-Off, and for this he was finally promoted to senior officer, a position he held until 10 November 2007, when Ara passed over to him the crew Captain's hat, ring, silly hat and ship deeds. He has seen the crew go through many changes of flag and leadership but refuses to leave as he has created too many close friends within the crew.

Spacehog's first foray into the world of Ocean Master run events, was The Great Scavenger Race, where with the help of Carrol to chart for him and Jezzibel as his sailing buddy he managed to finish in the impressive position of joint 5th.
