Rhett is a senior officer of the crew Dumbledore's Armada and owner of the Fire Bolt, a ship which sails the Garnet Archipelago.

Biography
Rhett Regatta is descended from a long line of pirates: the sea salt runs in his veins. After developing a reputation as a gentleman-pirate, he currently is pursuing a medical degree with aspirations of becoming a pirate-doctor. Rhett took on the role of "Dread Pirate Dumbledore" after the alleged death of the elder Dread Pirate, but he has since yielded the role to his comrades in Dumbledore's Armada.
