Promotion Requirements- Pirate - anyone who joins Officer - Broad sails, bilge, carp and guns. Narrow Duty Navigation. at least 2 distinguished in any of the above mentioned puzzles. FO and SO - no one will be offered these ranks on joining unless they have complete trust of the Captain and SOs. Please dont beg for promotions, it makes you look desperate.
