Oyster Island is a large island located in the Diamond Archipelago. There are three known routes from the island: Winter Solstice, Alpha Island, and an inter-archipelago route to Park Island in the Coral Archipelago. There is also an extinct training route encircling the island.

History

Oyster I — 2004-5-01, Eccezionale wins control of Oyster in an uncontested blockade.

Oyster II — 2004-8-21, Ship for Brains blockades Oyster; the island is defended in seven rounds.

Oyster ceded to Nidiata Dei Draghi by Eccezionale.

Oyster III — 2004-9-17, the alt flag Nidiata Dei Buri in conjunction with Buri Armada, blockades Oyster, Park, and Winter simultaneously. All are defended easily.

On May 1, 2006, Nidiata Dei Draghi merged into Broadsiders.

Oyster IV — 2006-11-11 Broadsiders defended Oyster against Notorious Fandango in 3 rounds.

Oyster V — 2007-5-5, Blighted blockaded Oyster in a 4 round non-sinking blockade. Rounds 1 and 2 were one to each flag, with Blighted winning the following 2. All rounds were hotly contested and close.

Oyster VI — 2007-5-16, Vargas the Mad (a Brigand King), blockaded Oyster, being the first brigand king blockaded in all the oceans. Blighted won the blockade in 3 rounds, having totally obliterated varga's forces on round 2, leaving the third round completely battleless.

In December 2007, Blighted raffled off the island. The island was transferred on January 7, 2008 to the winning flag, Midnight Marauders.
