Lunar Eclipse is a dormant crew that sails the Emerald Ocean. The crew currently flies the flag of Aurum Est Potestas.
History
Lunar Eclipse was founded by Torchic on 17 August, 2007 on the former Hunter Ocean as somewhat of an accident. Torchic and his former captain, Capalex, had been trying to found a flag for the crew A Knife in the Dark. Capalex had allowed his Captain's Badge dust. Torchic, having 11 doubloons was attempting to found the flag but ended up accidentally making himself a captain. He left A Knife in the Dark his 10 doubloons so that they could found a flag and left the crew. After regaining 10 doubloons 3 days later, he founded Lunar Eclipse.
The crew joined the flag of Black Pearl's Flag within a couple of days of the founding of the crew.
This crew was founded in honor of Artemis and Dianna (the goddesses, not the players). Torchic seems to be rather attached to Celestial objects, seeing as how he intends to be an Astronomer. "The moon is most precious to me. I dunno why, I just have a certain attachment. Now, what is this interview for again?", as Torchic has been quoted. After a while Torchic quit, leaving the captaincy open, to later be claimed by Disaresta. It's a tad ironic that Disaresta had taken captaincy because Disaresta actually means "Will of the Gods". She now hopes to turn Lunar Eclipse into a crew that is strict yet kind.
Hitting the high scores
- June 28th 2009 (Approx 2 Years after creation, which is lousy, I know) Disaresta managed to pull the crew into the High Scores. With Eminent fame, Lunar Eclipse is ranked 40 and is determined to go skyward!
- June 29th 2009 Disaresta's flag Aurum Est Potestas gained Celebrated fame and hopes to soon make it on to the flag highscores.
