Imperial Vengeance was a Sage Ocean flag which originally was composed of three crews. Those crews were Grim Reapers, Imperials of the Sage, and Neptune's Revenge. The monarch used to be Jordal from Imperials of the Sage but changed to Sexyhumps of Maltese Falcon.

Captains or a senior officers in an oligarchic crew who were interested in joining this flag should have contacted the monarch or one of the royalty.
