Grandiose pirate hall

A pirate hall is a special type of house for crews and flags. Pirate halls come in four sizes, in order of increasing size: modest, fine, stately, and grandiose. All four sizes are contained within the same building.
It takes 1,416 units of paint to paint a grandiose pirate hall.
