Drogeo Island is a medium island located in the Komodo Archipelago. There are two known routes from the island: Buyan's Vortice and Celesta Isle.

An inscription on a tall fetish on the north of the island reads, "This island were fashioned by Synful."
Drogeo Island is one of the many fantastical islands claimed to be discovered by the Zeno Brothers in their book published in Venice in 1558.
