Darkseid-West is a pirate on the Cerulean Ocean, originally created on the retired Cobalt Ocean.
History
On the Cobalt Ocean, he was the retired captain of Omega and first monarch of the flag Black Hearts Company. He now sails the Cerulean Ocean as a cabin person of the crew Black Beard's Ghost, and a member of the flag Hurricane. He is also ranked as an admiral in the Sakejima Island Navy in the Jade Archipelago.
