no great crew starts on top.... everybody starts from the very basic.... i dont see the logic on requiring good stats to join a crew.... it is very unfair to new pirates who wanted to enjoy this game more.... so everybody is welcome to be a part of this crew.... you can choose to be officer as long as you have the badge in order for you to polish yer skills on running a pillage.... i know everything will pays off in due time.... sooner we will be one on top.... enjoy and have fun
