The Gold Raiders is a defunct crew on the Midnight Ocean.

History

Once a celebrated, 40+ odd pirate crew, The Gold Raiders were first created by Dangerdann.

The crew was created on 25th May 2005, Dangerdann's intention to build a solid crew that owned a solid flag. And that was true. After seven months, the crew had around 40 pirates and was headed by Dangerdann and his first mate Scarlete. Dangerdann decided instead of joining a flag, to create one, and hence, Black Mist was created.

Dangerdann then had to go on a six week holiday and made Scarlete temporary captain and monarch of flag. During the holiday, the crew's numbers fell to 30 yet still kept a good rank but soon four of the six crews in the flag mutinied and left the flag, claiming that Scarlete was a poor monarch. Dangerdann came back to find his flag disbanded.

He and Scarlete then argued, Scarlete wanting to stay as captain, saying she enjoyed too much to give it up. After a week or arguing, Dangerdann left his beloved crew.

After that, the crew started to fall apart. Scarlete and Zimra (the new first mate) started to become not as active and soon enough they only had two active members at one time, none of which being the captain or the first mate.

They slipped to aspiring and were not the crew they once were.
