There are only a couple of cases where a third person tag cannot be applied and a public statement is one of them. If the statement appears on their flag page (which you can verify by clicking on the Flag Info link) then it is fine as is. -- Cedarwings ^(t/c) 20:52, 7 August 2007 (PDT)
