Ahoy there! Even if you modify an image by adding or removing text or other elements, if any part of the image was created by someone else, then the image is still a potential copyright violation unless you get specific permission to use it for whatever purpose you're using it for. I've had to delete the logo you uploaded for Skulls for that reason. If you can find original art (art that you either created or paid to have created for you), or art that doesn't have a copyright on it, then feel free to upload it.
