First and second parameters -> uses, respectively, the pagename and disambiguation term;

third parameter -> building type;

fourth parameter -> input either shoppe or bazaar;

fifth and sixth parameters -> uses, respectively, the islandname and oceanname;

seventh parameter -> Present OceanName;

eighth parameter -> Retired OceanName.
