Use this template when editing a disambiguation page and the contents include information about a pirate, crew or flag created on a retired ocean which may currently exist on a present ocean.
First and second parameters -> uses, respectively, the pagename and disambiguation term;
third parameter -> either input flag, crew, or pirate.;
fourth parameter -> Present OceanName;
fifth parameter -> Retired OceanName.
