I can't change the issues if I don't know what they are - can you explain on talk page please? --Lizzie 01:41, 19 July 2006 (PDT)
- Yarr...It's traditional to wait a few minutes after a tagging, in case the author intends to explain himself on the talk page; in this case, I had gone ahead and was writing on your talk page, and left you a message there. In this particular instance, it's the irrelevance of much of it; it reads a lot more like an autobiography (that's exactly what it is, at present, actually) than an encyclopedia entry. --Emufarmers 01:46, 19 July 2006 (PDT)
- But that's not the writing quality, that's the whole article. I guess I'll just leave anything like that alone from now on. --Lizzie 01:47, 19 July 2006 (PDT)
- Oh, there's nothing wrong with you fixing the grammatical issues; that just doesn't neccessarily fully clean the article up. Remember, you're allowed to strip out impertinant things to improve the article; if something's not remotely relevant, you don't have to leave it in. --Emufarmers 01:53, 19 July 2006 (PDT)

i dont know what the cleanup is because i dident add it. i need to know what the cleanup is because i would be happy to fix it. -- Swordblade
- There are some sections that have been written almost as if they're stories. This isn't a storybook, this is an encyclopedia. That's what sticks out to me, at least. --Ponytailguy 12:48, 26 July 2006 (PDT)
- I left you a message regarding this on your talk page. You can see it by clicking "my messages" up the top there. --Lizzie 13:10, 26 July 2006 (PDT)
I removed the fiction parts of the story. Everything eles in the page really happend in the game. --Swordblade
- http://yppedia.puzzlepirates.com/YPPedia:Sample_pirate_page This is a good grounding in what a pirate article should be. If this can be amended to suit Swordblade then the article would be cleaned up effectively.--Chrismor 14:14, 28 July 2006 (PDT)
