Don't think it does, but when you get navy clothes, you get clothes of the color of your home island. So the Navy color is useful information even without a Navy. --Thunderbird 13:43, 7 November 2005 (PST)

Technically, it doesn't. But you can make Kent your home island. And it's your home island's navy (whether it exists or not) that determines what color clothing you're awarded. Basically, each island is assigned a navy color when the ocean opens. Then, it's just a matter of discovering the color somehow. --Barrister 13:48, 7 November 2005 (PST)
