please advise, how can I confirm when this pirate of mine actually started play?

I *think* it was 2007, but I'm not absolutely certain. is there some way I can get confirmation?

If you still have your original shack, it will say the date that you have had the shack since in the "House" tab when you go there (it only gives the month and year, though - not the day - but it is a rough idea of when you started, usually) =D --Adrielle ♥ =) 06:34, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

I don't understand - you're already on all those lists. Or do you mean you want to mention it on your pirate article? In which case, no, there's no template. --Belthazar451 21:16, 18 June 2010 (UTC)

opening statement

Since the opening statement is supposed to indicate the current rank within the current crew, which may not always be my original crew, I've hyper-linked in my "history" section my original crew and rank. Since linking something twice is not usually done, I wanted to document my reasons for doing so. As part of my plan to achieve my goals regarding blockades may require that I switch crews (temporarily or permanently), I've gone ahead and planned for this contingency by pre-emptively doing the hyperlinking I mentioned. -- Franklincain 09:39, 27 May 2012 (PDT)

Bustergaa/Busttergaa/Zola

Bustergaa (one T) was one of the pirates who took me under his wing, when I first started playing. Unfortunately, his account got hacked, and he was not able to get his access to his account restored, so he had to create a new pirate on a new account. That new pirate was Busttergaa (two Ts). The hacked pirate was demoted and evicted from our crew, before the hacker could do any appreciable damage to our ships' holds and coffers.

Nevertheless, this pirate (under either name or both) is one of the people I credit with helping me learn and enjoy this game. So I wanted to document his existence (even though he appears to have been dormant for some time now).

Since his pirate's name has changed, and there is a difference between the two, how would I document this within the wiki? I was thinking of documenting his pirate under the current name (with two Ts), with a redirect from the old name (with just one T). But before doing so, I wanted to get some sort of opinion -- good idea, bad idea, crazy idea, (etc.)...
