How to rank in the crew
Pirate: All ye need to do is subscribe!
Officer: Pirates will be given the rank of officer when he/she is deemed loyal and has a sufficient knowledge in Battle Navigation, and owns at least one ship
Fleet Officer: Own at least one ship and show loyalty to the crew (Restock after pillages, show good knowledge of how to pillage, follow crew rules etc.)
Senior Officer: You must have full trust of the captain.
