Mermaids and Atlantis Updates

- New Mermaid Class ship available in the shipyards. This all new limited edition ship was originally designed by the shipbuilder, Mikassa. Act fast, it will only be available to order during the month of April.
- Recipe has been added. Shop owners need to enable the ship before it can be sold.
- Event whisks will be up so pirates can preview the new ship.
- Attempted fix for the black screen bug.
- Fix rounding mismatch so 100 infamy should always trigger regrouping.
- Chest order in chat is back to small - medium - large for Atlantis and HS.
