The New Years Lotto (NYL) is a lottery that was held by Nsc007 on the Cobalt Ocean. Nsc007 hopes this can become an annual event.

Draw Date: 5:00 PM eastern on December 31st, 2007.

Doubts
Some people did not believe the event was going to be successful due to the many replies in the Cobalt Events forum were negative towards the idea and because all of Nsc007's previous raffles never went on successfully. Therefore, the raffle was canceled and never happened.
