Jinx (pirate)
- For the Brigand King flag with the same name, see Jinx.
Jinx is a senior officer in Mischief Makers on the Midnight Ocean and a member of the Bathrobe Army.
Biography
Jinx got his start mid-Midnight in the crew Black Death. Jinx was a hard worker and especially good in sword fighting. Eventually he earned the trust of Eyes and was appointed senior officer and a position at the shipyard.
He currently resides as a senior officer in Mischief Makers, and is often found with his companion, Ayes. It has been speculated that this pair has connection with the pirate Eyes, but no formal proof has been found. He is a mysterious fellow, appearing at the random times, yelling for his minions in the Bathrobe Army, his common call being: "I King!" At these moments in time, he attempts to hatch another plot to dominate the ocean.
He is known for his whirling Swordfighting blades, and his iron fist ruling over the Bathrobe Army (the times they aren't eating at least). His vendetta against the crew GEADS has put the Bathrobe Army at constant war with a flag of the same name as Bathrobe Army's main crew, Black Death. With two Black Deaths running amuck, Jinx must use his power to try and control his minions. He has so far been unsuccessful.
The Ballad of Jinx
By Wildeyedjack
I stumbled onto the alpha dock,
Jinx be my name, washed up by the sea.
Around me stood pirates like sheep in a flock.
“Who are you all?” I shout
“Stop Shouting” says one,
Another laughs, a greenie, another victim!
They drew their swords and sneered look he is going to run.
But Jinx be my name, I was washed up by the sea.
I pulled out my foil, waiting for the attack
Scimitars to the left of me,
Scimitars to the right of me,
Scimitars to the front of me.
Volleyed and thundered,
But the pirates had blundered.
Jinx be my name, I was washed up by the sea,
The pirates withdrew, their swords defeated, they could not beat me.
I ruled the brawl table,
With my foil and ethernet cable.
But a desire I had, to be king.
So a challenge I’d spring.
“Who will face me!” I cried
“Not one of you?”
“Who will try to brush me aside!”
For my plan no-one could construe.
One man stepped forwards, representing his flag.
“What are the terms and conditions?”
“For I, Wildeyedjack will fight, you scum-bag.”
The challenge was set; we were to fight for three repetitions.
I pulled out my foil, ready to attack.
A scimitar to the right of me,
A scimitar to the left of me,
A scimitar to the front of me,
Volleyed and thundered,
But Wileyedjack had blundered.
Jinx be my name, I was washed up by the sea,
And now, through victory, Bathrobe Army belongs to me!
