Jimmyjo
Jimmyjo is an independent pirate on the Midnight Ocean.
History
Jimmyjo is a old pirate who has lived through many years. He has been in numerous crews and himself captained three. His first crew was called the disturbed apes and the second was called the British Redcoats. During his many experiences he acquired a sloop, a cutter and a war brig.
The story begins years back (near the start of the game) when Jimmyjo, a young fresh greenie pirate, met another new player called Rougesailor. They both became good friends and jobbed together for a while, but soon they both wanted more. Jimmyjo was the first one to subscribe and began a new crew called the disturbed apes. It took off for a while then after Rougesailor failed to join, it died down. Soon it was nothing and had gone.
Months passed and soon Jimmyjo returned to the gutter with Rougesailor who had never left it. But Jimmyjo couldn't just live in the gutter after experiencing such wealth and managed to persuade Rougesailor into taking the leap and subscribing. Together they made the British Redcoats. After a couple of great pillages the crew was booming. Soon the crew held over 100 members and was ranked 24th in the whole Midnight Ocean. But great things never last and a few weeks after the purchase of the Easy Cod (war brig), Jimmyjo took to gambling and drink and ended up in the gutter. He managed to drag Rougesailor down with him. Many pirates say that if Jimmyjo and Rougesailor split up they would be more successful because they always seem to drag each other down, but they are inseparable.
After a few years of general nothingness mixed with lots of rum, jimmyjo returned this time not with Rougesailor but with a young greenie called Locktonj. Jimmyjo had plans to not just create a crew but a fleet that flew his flag. He created the crew with the help of Locktonj and got a few members but he knew that he needed his old friend back and went on a hunt for Rougesailor. After finding him sleeping in a barrel of rum completly drunk he managed to clean him up and convince him to join again.
But their crew and flag never made it and jimmyjo and rougesailor got into a brawl mid-voyage over whos mug of rum was whos and they both ended up being planked by Locktonj who seemed, at the time,to be the only sane one there. Rougesailor and Jimmyjo both ended up on different islands and stayed there, both content to just drink and brawl their sorrows away. Locktonj took control of the the fleet but with morale low there was little he could do. The men of the crew slowly faded away leaving a very angry Locktonj.
Locktonj stayed in the crew but took to drink and gambling on turtle island and rarley took one of the ships out.
Current Information
Jimmyjo still resides in the Midnight ocean unfortunatly his once great crew has been completly destroyed and the men and women who once stood under his flag have long since left. He is in search for his last main man, Rougesailor. He refound Locktonj in a dark alley way on turtle island, brawling with three pirates and a sheep. After a short fight they now continue their search for Rougesailor.
