Promotions

Cabin Person When you first join you'll automatically be a Cabin Person.

Pirate Get Sailing, Bilging, and Carp to Respected. Master Guns would help.

Officer Good B-Nav. Must know how to run a pillage.

Fleet Officers Must have a good bit of my trust plus all the requirements of an officer.

Senior Officer Will have my full trust. I will personally choose my SO's.
