Exordium Valde was a crew that sailed the Hunter Ocean. The crew flew the flag of Castigo X.

History
Exordium Valde was founded on 27 December 2007 by Raran and Rebelrider.
In January 2008 the crew joined the flag Castigo X.
During any blockade of Castigo X Exordium Valde tries to help out as much as they can, since they are only a small but constantly growing crew.
Rebelrider loves to help out new officers by providing them officer training on his training sloops, which they are free to use.

Public Statement
The Great Awakening. A call to action, stirring in the hearts of each pirate; prompting such questions as, Where am I headed? What lies in wait around the next corner? This beginning and feeling is what we strive for. Exordium Valde.
Crew Articles
All are welcome to join, just look to the notice board for a pillage, or contact any one of the officers or captain. Here are some rules for all crew members jobbing and permanent:
1. Always request PTB (Permission to board) for all ships.
2. Please refrain from any foul language, and don't invade the chat filters.
3. Remember to respect the officers and all decisions made by them. If you have a problem, please talk to the captain, and we will try to work something out.
4. This game is for fun and fullfillment, so pilly hard and do your best!
Promotion Requirements
Requirements for ranks:
Cabin Person: anybody who joins
Pirate: the main priveledge that comes with being pirate is the ability to gun. A standing of respected is required.
Officer: A big step for pirates. Here, Battle Navigation is the new priveledge. A standing of distinguished in B-Nav (Battle Navigation) is required for this rank. Also, pirates hoping for officer should be enthusiastic about the crew, willing to learn, and able to manage a crew of real pirates to run a succesful pillage. Well rounded stats are a plus, and a few renowneds and GMs always help.
Fleet Officer: This rank requires only the trust of the captain, plus the requirements for officer.
Senior Officer: With great power comes great responsibilty. This is an invitation by the captain only position. Please do not ask to be SO, I will talk with you and promote you if I see fit.
