Crimson Island is an outpost island located in the Garnet Archipelago. There are four known routes from the island: Spectre Island, Nova Island, Havoc Island, and Pranayama Island.

This island spawns lorandite.

A rock in the pile on the northeastern part of the island reads, "This island were fashioned by Akkhima."
Crimson is currently an uninhabitable island.
