Public Statement
We rob the booty from everyone we can. Then split it up and kill the guy who is weaker than you with rubber knives! Then we take that guys coffin and all his stuff and make a collage out of his liver and other organs. 12 days later we eat the collage for brunch and have to kill more people with rubber knives to make more collages to eat more 12 days later for more brunches. Then we get tired of making collages so we rob more booty from all the grand frigets we can, then we fail big time and go on a mazzive killing spree. 14 years later I get let out of jail and get paid 100 million poe for my collages. Then they read the ingreadients and give me another 21 years jail. Ok I decided to stop crime, all exept my evning pesant shooting and my testing cemicals on stuff (not animals just kgirl and my rat) OK ITS THE SAME PERSON!
Any crew with 15 people or up can have captain as royal. But depending about the number of people in the crew will determin the amount of other TM's and royals from that crew.
