How Ni Kan is a weavery shoppe located on Spring Island in the Emerald Archipelago of the Midnight Ocean. It's been operated by Drilly and Mylusa since February 2005, when Increase gave them the chance to do it. Later, in July, Increase gave them the deed as a wedding gift.
