Oh dear
The image you uploaded as Untitled.jpg does not belong to you, it belongs to Pogo, who created it as original work and uses it as an avatar. Putting an image in photoshop and adding or removing elements does not transfer the copyright, especially if 95% of the image remains exactly the same.
