THE MASSIVE NETWORK OUTAGE OF JULY 13th!!!

In the ocean of Midnight, on July the 13th, somethingn terrible happened...

   This reporter, was on a massive, and satisfying pillage. 

We were in a War Brig, and we were taking down Grand Frigates that were triple our size! We were taking them out one by one. We had won a massive battle, the odds were against us 20 to 30, and we won and plundered 100,000 Peices Of Eight from the enemy Grand Frigate! Just after we pillaged all that booty, the outage of the century came....

   We were all logged off, and all of that gold, well, nobody realy knows 

where gold goes when it get lost at the bottom of the Ocean, maybe a Kraken ate it all, or maybe some cheap scallowags found it as it washed up on shore, but that is all left to the programmers of Puzzle Pirates, it is a mystery for them to solve...

   When I logged back in, as soon as I could (you know, to get the scoop) 

I hadn't earned a piece of eight... i contacted a friend, Anneleese. I interviewed her on the situation. ME: What happened? HER: An ISP. ME: Do we get our gold? HER: I don't know... ME: booo hooo... I was sad that I didn't get my gold... boo hooo... HER: Calm... Take a breather...

   Then I interviewed Puggest:

ME: Do we get our gold? HIM: I dunno... Did you get it yet? ME: Hey! This is an interview, I ask the questions here!!! HIM: Oh, yeah... Ask on. ME: We got over 100,000 gold too!!! We each would have gotten 3000!!! HIM: Yeah, I know...

   This was an ocean-wide disaster...
