Crew Articles
This crew is made up of friends and runs on friendship. This is also a drama free zone, and will not tolerate insults or disrepect of anyone, including jobbers. However, we value very stongly honor, and camaradiere. We will be quite pleased if you would join us, all is needed from you is to follow some simple rules: 1. Don't ask to port 2. Don't ask to gun, the captain will choose 3. Don't disrespect the crew members, even if they are only jobbers 4. Don't laze on a pilly 5. Don't challenge or trade during the sail 6. If the captain orders you to do something, just do it. It may lead you to a position on the crew roster. 7. Ask PTB (Permission to board) before boarding a ship, the officer or captain on board may be having a trade run, or doing training, or memorizing a route. and may not want or need other people on board. If you don't follow any of these rules, you will have the pleasure of getting spanked by the plank.
Promotion Requirements
Promotions: Pirate - Just subscribe Officer - get a vessel (Ship), even the smallest sloop counts, 1 session of Officer Training. Fleet Officer - be distunguished in bnav, 2 sessions of Officer Training, at least 1 month as Officer Senior Officer - get the crew trust and loyalty. 3 Sessions of Officer training, at least 3 months as Fleet Officer.
Officer Training can be done only by Senior officers and the captain. A single session consists of, learning Bnav, and Nav, learning about sailing, deporting, and porting, splitting booty, running a successful pillage voyage, checking stock and restocking when complete. Once you are subscribed and an official Pirate, you are eligable for Officer training, let me or an SO know that you want to train to become an officer.
