Promotion requirements

Cabin Person: Automatic at join

Pirate: Must have at least one Distinguished in one of your Piracy Skills. Some Apprentices as well.

Officer*: You need to work hard for this rank. They are not openly given out. At least Broads in 4 of your Piracy Skills including Bnav. Bnav should also be Distinguished.

Fleet Officer*: Trusted and loyal members receive this rank. You must have at least 4 Broads and 2 Solids. Many Dist+ required. Bnav should be Solid/Dist+

Senior Officer*: Highly trusted members by the Captain and other SO's are bestowed with SO status. Should have stats similiar to FO. Bnav Solid/Respected is suggested.
