King’s Royal Navy will be a flag on the Sage Ocean.
Public Statement
The Few. The Proud. The Navy of the King.
King’s Royal Navy is a flag dedicated to the safety of member pirates’ fun. Crews are free to join at any time. New crews will receive one Royalty, their most senior Officer or Captain. The next five senior pirates will be Titled. After six months of activity within the flag, all senior officers will be titled, except the second senior crewman. (S)he will become Royalty.
The flag Ambassador is Myrrlyn. You may come into his house on Admiral Island at any time he is on for private discussion. We will also establish Ambassadors with other flags who wish to become our allies. These will be alternate accounts of King and Royalty. Please make them Royalty, stats regardless. Please notify either Myrrlyn or our Ambassadors before creating alliance or war. Please note: in the event of war, we will reciprocate and pillage ONLY on you when applicable, and we will not accept truce offers until one of two things happen. 1) We get bored waiting for you to get a crew that is any good to throw against us, or 2) you figure out that you cannot beat us and offer to merge or sue for peace and become ally. A very unlikely third event is that we acknowledge your superiority, however temporary that may be, and sue for peace. We accept merges. Feel free to give us an Ambassador to your own flag as well. Rest assured they will be Royalty.
King’s Royal Navy does plan to blockade and win islands. Once islands are gained, we will defend them fiercely. Feel free to blockade us if you wish to lose ships in blockade and in war afterwards. War declarations will be answered immediately, if not sooner. Prior to blockade, we will maintain border guards along the first league from our islands. Any and all ships from your flag if you are attempting to blockade will be attacked and sunk if possible. These border guards will not be alone.
Private Statement
A roster must be given of seniority for all Senior Officers. Notices of new promotions to Senior Officer must be sent to the King or one of his aides for Titling and listing in the rosters.
After we win a blockade, Royalty group portraits will be held. After blockades of pre-colonized islands, the dress code for males will be: Conquistador Helmet, Bandolier Jacket, Loose Pants, and Fancy Boots. Women will wear Wide-Brimmed Hat, Buccaneer Jacket, Gown, and Fancy Boots. After colonization blockade, men will wear Tricorn, Shirt w/ Sash, Loose Pants, and Boots. Women will wear Tricorn, Shirt w/ Belt, Flare Pants, and Boots. Alternate uniforms are as follows. Male (Pre-colonized): Musketeer Hat, Swashbuckler Jacket, Loose Pants, and Fancy Boots. Female (Pre-colonized): Laurel, Tabard, Gown, Curled Slippers. Male (colonization): Fez, Jerkin, Loose Pants, Boots. Female (colonization): Feathered Hat, Shirt w/ Belt, Flare Pants, Boots. Pre-colonized island victory uniform colors are White/Navy, colonization victories are Tan/Tan. We may wear Crowns/Tiaras (White padding, Navy jewels, or a pre-existing crown/tiara if you own one) instead of prescribed headgear if I (Myrrlyn) so choose.
To all Officers leading pillages: In player vs. player battles, before engaging a ship, you MUST make sure that they are not allies. Your crew will be held accountable for booty lost and I will speak with your Captain. Our Ambassadors in the offended flag will find out which crew it was. If their ships attack you, please notify your local Royalty and we issue a Declaration of War.
