Officers will be made if and when they are deserved. However an initial guide would be: Show leadership qualities and must be liked and trusted by the SO's and crew. Must have been in the crew for a while. Help out on pillages when needed. 3 Grand master's in piracy skills
Do not ask to be promoted to this. This position is a privilege not a right. The Captain and his/her SO's know when the time is right, and the Captain's decision IS Final. Any questions direct them to the captain
