Fleet Officer--- Must own your own ship. Have been in our crew for a while to earn our trust. Nice stats. Run pillages.
Senior Officer--- Only at the choice of the Captain and other SO's
Captain--- Never. Exceptions to these rules may be made, but only by Capt' Owllover or SO jezerin
