The Rum Rats - The most skilled, drunken bunch of swabs you will ever hope to meet.
Listen in on the crew chat, it might be important or just some funny chat----
~~Rules~~ Listen to the commanding officer - they'll often give you orders to help the crew along. Get on with your crew - if we want to rule the sea's (and one day we will!) we'll be better off with our friends at our sides! Have fun pillying with us!
Promotion Requirements
- Cabin person - We do not believe in Cabin Boys. Sounds like a Michael Jackson thing. We promote EVERYONE right to Pirate!!! Just ask to join!
- Pirate - You don't necessarily need a Pirate Badge but it helps. A badge means you can gun!
- Officer - You need an Officers Badge at least, and decent stats. If you own your own ship we will usually let you be an officer (unless there is a good reason not to). But there are strict rules on what officers can do.
Most importantly, you must leave at least your sloops unlocked. Only SOs and the Captain can take your ship anywhere without you being there, and they are chosen to be able to do that well. We will not sink or lose your ships!
- Fleet officer - Not much different from Officer promotion. And you must have an OFFICERS BADGE. Owning your own ship will go some way to qualify you for this Promotion. But you need to leave your ships unlocked! Good stats and loyalty will get you this rank.
FOs will be allowed to take other peoples sloops out, but nothing bigger. You need to prove yourself to get to this rank.
- Senior officer - Special persons in the crew, who have contributed enough to qualify for this position. You must be loyal, skilled, and competant, as you will be able to take out other people's ships' and vote on crew issues.
On another Note - WE WELCOME ALL MERGERS WITH OTHER CREWS BUT THEY MUST MERGE WITH US Currently leading our new flag. The Rum Rats get a heavy weighting with Royalty and Titled members in the Rum Soaked Devils. If you join, an help us grow, we will get more places for royals and titled lords/ladies.
Basic Rules

- Get on with your crew - if we want to rule the sea's (and one day we will!), we have to work as a team, so make friends with the crew, use the crew chat regulary
- Have fun, and stay loyal
