The Rag and the Beautiful is an upgraded tailor shoppe located on Admiral Island on the Emerald Ocean.
History
The shoppe was built in April of 2006, by Tortie and Figaro. It was originally named Much Ado about Clothing - a name suggested by Daggerdarla, and a reference to the Shakespeare play "Much Ado About Nothing" and the movie adaption of the same name.
The building was later owned by Tivola.
