Although this crew show as autocratic we are strictly Oligargic as all issues goto vote on the above crew forum including promotions. Please read the crew rules carefully when ye full member as fines and disciplinary procedures do apply in this crew. To join the crew as rank ye need the following skills:- Cabin Person = Just ask ye will get it we welcome all new crew members: Pirate = 3 Narrow/distinguished in standing on either Bilging, Carp or Sailing and to include guns. Officer = 3 Recomendations by SO's and captain, 1 Broad/distingushed, 2 broad respected with b-nav narrow/Distingushed also. Fleet Officer = 3 Recomendations from SO's and Captain with 3 Solids and 1 Broad in experience also 1 Master, 2 respected and 1 distingushed in standing. Inaddition b-nav is to be Broad/Respected. Senior Officer = As FO but with majoraty of SO's agreeing to the promotion, Must be FO before can be SO. Unless ye have the above requirements please do not pester for promotion, this will only lead to demotion or been expelled. Also please be aware that ALL promotions goto vote beween all SO's and myself so please alow time for promotion to take effect.
